Signed with initials C.H. and inscribed "Lyme, July 10 [?] 1903" lower left, painted on heavy blue bi-fold paper (a former catalogue cover reading "Catalogue of the First Annual Exhibition of the Central New York Society of Artists held in the Syracuse Museum of Fine Arts During the Month of November 1902"); Babcock Galleries label on verso with inventory number 10651

Condition
In excellent shape; sheet is "floating" in the frame and slightly bows outward; crease at the center that was in the paper when Hassam painted it (being a cover of an exhibition catalog); the colors are bright and vivid and show no evidence of fading
