A very rare and unusual 18k gold and enamel minute repeating open face keyless lever split-seconds chronograph pocket watch with breguet numerals. Movement number # 125211. Repeat activated by slide, button chronograph. Signed Patek Philippe & Cie, Geneve. 1.8in (48mm) Total watch weight: 97.8g

(175) Cal.17" nickel-finished two-train jeweled lever movement, bimetallic compensation balance, minute repeating on two hammers on to a gong, minute repeat activated through the crown, gold cuvette, white enamel dial, breguet numerals, outer calibrated fifths ring with red Arabic fifth divisions, sunken subsidiary seconds, gilt hands, circular case, hinged cased back. Two chronograph buttons in the band to operate the split-seconds, case cuvette, dial and movement signed by maker. Similar one sold at Christie's on June 16th 2015. N.B.
