(2vols) La Nouvelle Cuisine Avec de Nouveaux Desseins de Tables et Vingt-Quatre Menus…, Paris: Chez Paulus du Mesnil, 1751, a fine, clean copy, overall very good;
La Nouvelle Cuisine, Avec de Nouveaux Menus pour chaque Saison de l’annee…Paris: Chez Paulus du Mesnil, 1742 (?), volume III (a continuation of the latter work?), a fine, clean copy, overall very good;
(2 copies of) La Science du Maitre d’Hotel, Confiseur, a l’Usage des Officiers…, Paris, 1768, 12mo, both in contemporary leather, one in good shape with minor toning but with bumped corners, the other missing lower part of spine and losses at top, and water stain along lower margins of all pages;
