The painting is in restored, ready-to-hang condition. It is NOT relined. The paint is stable, and there are varying degrees of craquelure throughout (it is mostly rather fine and limited to the grass, but there is larger craquelure near the greenhouse). Some faint stretcher marks run along the sides and lower margin. UV revealed some rather minor areas of vertical craquelure that had been filled in some time ago (it appears to be under old varnish), and two more recent, very minor retouches along the rabbet of the frame at the middle left and lower right. Overall, the painting presents very well and is not in need of any restoration.
